Argh! How exciting, we can finally announce our biggest gig ever with Manchester International Festival. We went to the press launch today and it was amazing and a bit intimidating (posh bangers'n'mash in little bowls to eat and everyone in suits kinda thing).I'm so excited for our event now! It's come around really quickly and I'm sure the 3rd/4th July will be here in no time!
We've got Mystery Jets headlining the two nights with support on the 3rd from Televised Crimewave and DJ Set from Tim Burgess then night two we're gonna play some tuuunes (eek) and we've got v. special guest TBA. Gossshh!
As well as that we're also looking to make the whole event into one, massive issue of XOX- so people texting in questions to ask the bands, photographers submitting work, reviewers scribbling away, style spotters getting A La Manchester's features- a heap of interactiveness!

It's going to be pretty epic. The whole MIF is looking amaaaazing as well, Kraftwerk, Del la Soul, Lou Reed and Laurie Anderson, Rufus Wainwrights opera... Phew. Roll on July!
